    How do I schedule or cancel a viewing?

    Scheduling a viewing for your student rental is easy! Simply call our Rental Hotline at 705-712-0862 x 1 or email rentarcadian@gmail.com. We offer next-day viewings and, in some cases, same-day appointments. To respect our current residents, we do our best to provide them with 24-hour notice before showings.

    If you need to cancel your viewing, please call or email us to the same contact info provided above as soon as possible to give us ample notice.

    Where do I go when I arrive for a showing?

    Meet your Arcadian Student Living property consultant at our onsite office 310 Georgian Drive. Our property consultant will take you through the property.
    Remember that we want to be respectful of our current residents and ask you to please take off your shoes.

    How do I sign up?

    Signing up is simple! Contact us via phone or email to secure your suite. You can finalize the process over the phone or in person by booking an appointment with a Leasing Agent at rentarcadian@gmail.com or 705-712-0862 x 1.

    How does the online lease process work, and where can I review the lease agreement?

    The online lease process is simple! After you make a deposit on a rental, we’ll send a link to your email to begin the lease process. If you don’t see the email, check your junk mail, and if it’s not there, contact our office at 519.342.0608 x 1 or email hellodomusinc@gmail.com.

    The lease is completed entirely online by following the step-by-step instructions in the link. If you are renting with a group, everyone must complete their section for the lease to be finalized. All lease documents are due within five days of making a deposit to avoid admin fees and ensure eligibility for any promotions or limited-time offers. Once submitted, double-check the link to confirm everything is complete.

    You will receive a copy of your lease agreement via email after you and your group have submitted your personal information on the application. The lease is personalized based on this information, and you can review or print it before completing the remaining lease documentation
